Masamor's Traditional Cantina Style Totopos are just like the tortilla chips found in restaurants and markets throughout Mexico. Unlike the industrial tortilla chips commonly found in supermarkets in Europe, these authentic totopos are made by hand in 3 steps: 1.- The tortilla is baked, 2.- It's hand-cut, 3.- It's fried to perfection and gets lightly seasoned with swiss alpine salt.
They are guacamole and salsa's best companion. They can also be used as the base for some delicious chilaquiles just like in Mexico.
