Shipping
- Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at the moment, we only ship within Switzerland and Lichtenstein. - When will I get my order?
Orders placed Monday through Thursday, before 15:00, will be delivered the following day! Orders placed from Thursday at 15:00 until Friday at 15:00 can be delivered on Saturday** Orders placed Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed after 15:00, will be delivered in 2 days. No deliveries can be made on Sundays or holidays. **Saturday delivery incurs an additional charge of Fr. 3.00 - How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of Fr. 65 or more, otherwise a shipping charge of Fr. 9.90 will be incurred. Orders that exceed 30 kilos require a surcharge of Fr. 10. - Do you offer wholesale pricing?

- Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your package has been registered by our shipping partner, you will receive an email with delivery information and a tracking number. - How do you ship refrigerated products?
Since our products are not shipped refrigerated, we take care to preserve the temperature of the product in the best possible way, sending it in insulated bags with ice packs! - Can I pick up my order directly at your facilities?
No, unfortunately picking up orders directly with us is not possible as we do not have a physical store.

- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept several methods of payment, including: Twint, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Google Pay and Apple Pay. - Is it possible to pay by invoice?
No, at the moment we do not accept payment by invoice.

- What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
We are sorry for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer service immediately so we can assist in a resolution! - Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once the order has been confirmed, we cannot make any changes. We recommend that you carefully review your shopping cart before confirming your order. - How can I contact customer service?
