One of Mexico's most famous and traditional hot sauces. Very versatile and delicious on anything from ramen to pizza and, of course, tacos!

A "pourable" hot sauce from Guadalajara, Mexico, made with puya chilis and a touch of vinegar. Not too spicy, so good for beginners! :-)
