Origin: Baja California, Mexico 

Grape Varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Tokai and 5% Moscatel 

Characteristics: This is an orange wine with some grip, but also offers beautiful aromatics of herbs, sandalwood and orchard fruit balanced with refreshing acidity. It has a kombucha feel, with that fermentation note almost bread crumbs-like.

Alcohol Content: 12%
